Meme Entertainment, a leading production company specializing in webtoons and short-form dramas, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Material Venture Capital to expand its footprint in short-form drama production and IP business development. Through this partnership, Material Venture Capital will invest 300 billion KRW into Meme’s productions, enabling Meme Entertainment to create over 60 short-form dramas, aimed at delivering high-quality, innovative content to a global audience.

The partnership goes beyond production, covering IP acquisition and comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure Meme Entertainment’s unique content resonates worldwide. Moreover, the collaboration will support building a big data infrastructure specific to entertainment trends, enhancing targeted service models. Meme and Material Venture Capital also plan to co-host workshops, seminars, and symposia, fostering growth and professional development across the industry.
